Description of problem: The main issue is, after customer upgrade Satellite from 6.1.9 to 6.2.1, is not possible see the "Product Content" of virtual machine, only of physical machines. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.2.1 How reproducible: 100% (the same customer behavior in our lab) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Execute katello-backup on the client side 2. Install a new machine in our lab 3. Execute katello-restore on our server lab 4. Change admin password 5. Access virtual and physical machines to check the "Product Content" tab Actual results: When accessing virtual machine, is not possible to see Product Contents Expected results: See Product Contents like "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server" Additional info:
