Description of problem:

dht_selfheal_layout_maximize_overlap does not consider brick sizes while calculating overlaps. This causes incorrect range assignments if the brick sizes are very different.

The dht_selfheal_layout_maximize_overlap needs to be modified to consider brick sizes as well.

Not an easy fix and not currently being worked on. It does however have the potential to drastically reduce the number of files being migrated if we get it right.
