Description of problem:
Unable to copy-paste text inside evolution and from evolution outside

3.21.91-2.fc25

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open compose new email window
2. write something in the body
3. copy paste (using Ctrl-C Ctrl-V or context menu) from body to subject or outside

Actual results:
nothing happens

Expected results:
copied text is pasted into subject

The bug is still visible in F25. Copying from evolution to somewhere else is unreliable. It works from evolution to evolution. It may work from evolution to a gnome terminal, but almost never works from evolution to firefox.
