Description of problem:
When installing RHV-H from ISO, on the initial screen it auto-detects the keyboard type (English-US).  Even though it auto-detects it, you still need to click on keyboard and select English-US.  

This should be updated so if a default is detected you don't also need to click on it within the anaconda user interface

I do see your point.

Bug 1358331 is slightly different but also addressing the problem of not needing to select the kbd layout twice.

Would bug 1358331 be a sufficient solution for you?
