Description of problem: UI: Configuration -> Access Control - On User/Group/Role summary screens text is no longer a link to respective screens

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Configure -> Configuration -> Access Control
2. Go to summary screen of any User, In the Information box, text with the name of  Group or a Role selected user belongs to should be a link, an icon next to the name works fine. 
3. Same is the case on Group & Role summary screens.

Actual results: Text is not a link to respective summary screens


Expected results: Text should be a link similar to icons.


Additional info: looks like a HAML indentation issue.
