Preupgrade-assistant does not support UNKNOWN exit status.

Remove all exit_unknown statuses.
Affected modules are:
$ grep -rn 'unknown' *
RHEL6_7/networking/bind/configuration/check_script.py:546:        exit_unknown()
RHEL6_7/networking/dnsmasq/check_script.py:205:        exit_unknown()
RHEL6_7/services/quota_nld/new_package/checkscript.sh:70:exit_unknown

/CoreOS/preupgrade-assistant-el6toel7/smoke/static already covers this and passes.
