Nikolai, why did you enable optional channel? It's not required for RHV.
Can you verify with optional channel from a real subscription instead of from QE repo? Looks like a repository issue.

As agreed on a meeting, CI should update the Mojo and repo channel there and a new build have to be delivered to QA, until then I can't proceed with the bug.
