This move is to make sure the string 'locale_name' is found by rake gettext:find, since the task
looks into ruby files, but not into rake rask sources.

Steps to verify:

1)Navigate to My Settings page.
2)On the Visual tab, view the locales listed in the 'Locale' dropdown.
3)Verify that the options listed in the locale dropdown are translated.

Verified in 5.7.0.14
