Description of problem:
In order to improve the load time in scaled environments, please cache results on the backend side on startup, and periodically, so that it will load from cached data.

As we're tracking this enhancement in Bug 1344428 - "[scale] The Dashboard takes a long time to load on a medium scale system (39 Hosts/3K VMs)", I'm closing this RFE.
