What is the 40 OVA - is it 4.0?

It is rhev-m appliance: rhevm-appliance-20160831.0-1 (rhevm-appliance 4.0.3 RHEL 7.2).

Comment 3 Fabian Deutsch 2016-09-16 18:31:11 UTC
Sandro, do we expect this to work? 4.0 Engine with 3.6 hosts in HE setup?

Fresh installation should happen with same versions for hosts and manager.
4.0 upgrades including hosted engine should start with host upgrade.
I don't think we should support the described flow.

Comment 6 Fabian Deutsch 2016-09-19 08:28:06 UTC
Thanks Sandro. And I do agree: Same version for host and engine initially, then follow the usual upgrade flow.
