Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHVH via ks file in attachment. 
2. Login RHVH.
3. Check /etc/os-release.

Actual results:
RHVH 40_73: Incorrect version in /etc/os-release

Expected results:
All version info should be 7.3 but not 7.2.

This file is managed by redhat-release-virtualization-host, unfortunately.

This means that resolving this but for 7.3 while also doing 7.2 builds makes for a complicated buildroot.

This will be resolved once we start producing 7.3 builds which may be shipped...

Test steps:
1. Install RHVH via iso with default KS.
2. Login RHVH.
3. Check /etc/os-release.
