RHV now supports CephFS as a POSIX storage domain.

Need to have its own section in storage to say that is was tested and certified and then refer to POSIX domain setup section.

Attaching CephFS doesn't require special instructions, and is covered by the existing section 'Adding POSIX Compliant File System Storage'.
