Description of problem:
After clicking on import a template from an export domain, dialogue opens up - but has no description.

Version-Release number of selected component:
rhevm-4.0.4.3-0.1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to: webadmin -> Storage
2. Mark an export domain and go to Template Import tab
3. Click import.

Actual results:
Dialogue opens up - it has no description (missing a headline)

Expected results:
For the dialogue to have a description.

We need to consider the future of export domain

Michal, in any case that should be an easy fix and till the decision is make I think a dialog name should be set

This is also reproducible for Import a VM from an export domain, accessed from the storage main tab - the dialog is opened without a title.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to: webadmin -> Storage
2. Mark an export domain and go to VM Import tab
3. Click import.

Now dialogue headline shows: Import Template(s)
