Description of problem:
When entering on CFME, the RHV VM snapshot screen, Active VM is marked,
but snapshot add ("+" button) is not enabled.
Only if moving to another snapshot, and moving back to the Active VM,
does the snapshot creation ("+" button) turn into enabled.

For VSPHERE55 provider, on snapshots dialog on CFME, none of the snapshots are marked. When pressing the "Active" (mark it), it allows to add snapshot.

Verified on CFME-5.8.0.8/RHV-4.0.7.

Now for Active VM, add snapshot icon is enabled.
