To fix this issue missing dictionary entries need to be added for all possible Network Manager types in locale/en.yml, for example
ManageIQ::Providers::Amazon::NetworkManager:  Network Manager
similar entries need to be added for other types on Network Managers. Let me know if you have any questions.
