Description of problem:
A creation of a template from a VM with Cinder disks will result in an unusable Cinder disks in the template

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM with one or more Cinder disks
2. Create a template from this VM
3. In the templates tab when selecting the template move to the "Disks" sub tab"

Actual results:
No disks are shown, template can't be used to create a VM

Expected results:
Disks should be seen
