Description of problem:
If I go to a cloud provider in 5.7.0.2, all the labels are white against a white or light gray background.  Picture might be a better description.

Chrome and Firefox

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Add a cloud provider
2.  Navigate to provider summary.
3.

Actual results:
Text is white

Expected results:
Text is black
