This bug is created as a clone of upstream ticket:

This ticket was created as a holding place for multiple minor bug fixes and enhancements made to the Dogtag 10.4.0 Milestone which have generally been provided by individuals outside the core development group (e. g. - QE), although it will also be used as the bug of choice for relatively minor bug fixes from core development members as well. 

REMINDER:  This bug MUST contain either (a) QE Test Procedures for each submittal, or (b) a
                   statement that explicitly states that no QE Test Procedure is needed for
                   particular check-ins.

QE - This particular check-in does not require any testing as it is
     a simple build-time fix which stopped duplicate classes being
     stored in pki-cms.jar and pki-<subsystem>.jar.

Optionally, if you still require simple sanity checking, you can perform the following:

# cd /usr/share/java/pki

# unzip -l pki-ca.jar > pki-ca.jar.manifest
# unzip -l pki-kra.jar > pki-kra.jar.manifest
# unzip -l pki-ocsp.jar > pki-ocsp.jar.manifest
