The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Notice icon is located improperly in registration window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL-7.3-20160923.0, and Open subscription-manager-gui.
2. Click Register button, the registration window prompts.
3. Check the layout of registration window:
The first notice icon is about to laid out of the window.

Actual results:
As step 3.(Please see attachment 'Notice_icon_is_located_improperly.png')

Expected results:
The first notice icon in registration window, should follow the label 'The subscription management service you register with will provide your system with updates nd allow additional management'
