Description of problem:
When opening a remove dialog of any entity and closing it by clicking ESC the dialog is closed but a UI exception is thrown

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a remove dialog e.g. go to the VM tab, select a VM and "Remove"
2. Click on ESC
3.

Actual results:
A UI exception is thrown

Expected results:
The dialog should be closed without a UI exception

The fix for this issue should be included in oVirt 4.1.0 beta 1 released on December 1st. If not included please move back to modified.
