Description of problem:
When executing Suspend or Shutdown UI operation on Middleware Server, after providing timeout parameter and submitting the form, it resets timeout parameter input value and displays notification message that "Timeout is required", but submits the form correctly and suspends the server.

So the issue is that "Timeout input form" with message is still displayed while operation is in process.
