With current otopi:

# engine-setup
***L:ERROR Internal error: No module named 'ovirt_setup_lib'

Current otopi built on fedora 24 is python3 only. We need to do the same for engine-setup-lib.

Patch was reverted, postponing to 4.2 for now.
