Description of problem:
there is some statistics (cpu, mem, net) gaps in the webadmin ui.
vms tab showing vms with statistics.
hosts tab > vms sub tab showing 0 statistics.

test profile:
1 host, 111 vms, 1 SD NFS


HW profile:
24 Cores, 64GB RAM, 1TB local disk, 1 NFS SD via 10gig private network (9000 MTU).

1. ramp up 111 vms for single host and 1 SD (NFS)

Do the VMs have agent installed? 
If not,  please install.

yes they have guest-agent.

Please leave 1 vm running and see if stats keeps showing 0.

yes, it reproduced with 1 vm as well.

ok, tried in 4.0.4 and there it works but it does not work on current master.

This bug report has Keywords: Regression or TestBlocker.
Since no regressions or test blockers are allowed between releases, it is also being identified as a blocker for this release. Please resolve ASAP.

The fix for this issue should be included in oVirt 4.1.0 beta 1 released on December 1st. If not included please move back to modified.

Verified with rhevm-4.1.0.4-0.1.el7 according to steps in description.
