Description of problem:
[OVS] - Custom Properties - Add support to configure ovs bridge options.

On legacy network(linux bridge) we can configure bridge options over the networks via the Setup Networks dialog > edit network > custom properties and this changes are applied in /sys/class/net/'network_name'/bridge/'bridge_opts'.
But this is not relevant for ovs bridge networks and we should add a support to set ovs bridge options as well.
In the same field we have today for custom properties or in some other place.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.
