Description of problem:
Predefined container image condition "Don't scan image-inspector's image" has a wrong title in the right cell "Dont scan image-inspector's imaget scan image-inspectors images image"

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control->Explorer.
2. Expand Conditions accordion.
3. Pick Container Image Conditions->"Don't scan image-inspector's image" condition.

Actual results:
The right cell has title "Dont scan image-inspector's imaget scan image-inspectors images image"

Expected results:
"Don't scan image-inspector's image"

Fixed everywhere by #11792 and #11818.
