Description of problem:
Copy-paste does not work between epiphany and other applications.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.20.3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in into Wayland session
2. Open gedit, type any text, select and copy (Ctrl-C)
3. Open Epiphany, go to Facebook/Google/any webpage containing form input
4. Try to paste (Ctrl-V)

Alternative:
1. Log into Wayland
2. Select any text on webpage in Epiphany
3. Try to paste into gedit / another editor.

Clipboard support is new in 2.14.0, which is currently in updates-testing. To get the fix immediately, you can run:

$ sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing webkitgtk4
