Description of problem:

If dashboard must be scrolled the popup hints are misplaced. See screenshot attached

OVirt 4.0.4.4

How reproducible:


100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto dashboard page
2. reduce browser window size
3. scroll down
4. move mouse over storage square

Actual results:

popup hint appears far too high.

Expected results:

popup hint appears directly over the box
