Description of problem: When adding cloud providers if you switch between azure, ec2 and or gce you get additional region boxes appearing.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.7.0.3


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.provision configured 5.7.0.3
2.navigate to cloud providers
3.add provider
4.select ec2
5.select gce

Actual results:additional region dropdown box appears with each change of provider


Expected results: fields should reset
