Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7.0.3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select global filter
2. Go to advanced search and save it with same name and make sure global is checked

Actual results:
Two filters with same name are displayed. Third can't be added.

Expected results:
Not to allow have more filters with same name in same category

Verified in 5.9.0.11. Filter names are now unique.
