Description of problem:

Host has a valid Mac Address and credentials but the logs do not display why its failing for IPMI.

Verified on 5.8.0.9-alpha2 appliance that freeipmi-1.5.1-2 package is installed and that the /usr/sbin/ipmiping supports the '-c' option.
