Description of problem: Those files will trigger spurious ldconfig runs. No biggie, but for clarity it would be nice to not do that at all. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): kernel-core-4.8.0-0.rc8.git0.1.fc26.x86_64 (any kernel which has a file with "# Placeholder file, no vDSO hwcap entries used in this kernel.")
