AFAIK engine_pkcs11 was merged with libp11, so this might be a duplicate of bug 1381926.

Seems to be the case, based on the comment from 
https://github.com/OpenSC/engine_pkcs11/blob/master/README.md

"The engine_pkcs11 library has been merged into https://github.com/OpenSC/libp11 version 0.4.0 and later."
