Description of problem:

When running the upgrade, there is not information provided at the
beginning about the steps that will be performed during the upgrade
and how long it's expected to take.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum update

Actual results:

Not information about the scope of changes is provided, continues with
upgrades immediately.

Expected results:

At the beginning of the upgrade process, there is presented steps to
be performed, with rough estimates on how long it's expected to take.
If some steps were already performed as part of previous upgrade
attempt, it should be visually marked that this step was already done.
