Tested RHV provider discovery for CFME-5.7.0.3.20160927165516_075d0f3 and CFME-5.6.2.1.20160922130607_92d5b5e with RHV-4.0.4.2-0.1.el7ev and RHV-3.6.8-0.1.el6 Both CFME 5.6 & 5.7 Discovery of RHV-4.0 fail, while for RHV-3.6 pass.

Juan - should this be ON_QA now? It was built to QE in 5.8 already, right?
This hasn't been backported to the Euwe branch yet, it requires a specific backport which is under review: Resolve oVirt IP addresses (backport of ManageIQ/manageiq#13767) https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/14183 I will verify it today.
Please disregards the previous comment, it was related to the Euwe branch. In the current master branch the relevant pull request has been already merged, so this can be moved to ON_QA.
Verified on CFME-5.8.0.8/RHV-4.0.7. RHV provider discovery by IP address range worked fine.
