I changed the (Service/Provisioning/StateMachines/ServiceProvisionRequestApproval/default) to manual.

Raised a provisioning request ,
1) request got auto-approved
2) Did not receive any email.

Can you please check https://10.8.199.117.
Request no' 3

Comment 3 William Fitzgerald 2016-10-12 18:32:46 UTC
Shveta,

Request #3 looks like a vm provision not a service provision. Try running a service provision and see what happens.

I have not seen the error you are getting but maybe try just 2 cpu's.

 [[RuntimeError]: Virtual machine requires 4 CPUs to operate, but the host hardware only provides 2.] Message [[RuntimeError]: Virtual machine requires 4 CPUs to operate, but the host hardware only pro...

Hope this helps ...

Where do I provide the email Id in service Provision ?

Shveta,

In /Service/Provisioning/Email class. I usually edit the schema and it works for all the instances.

Comment 9 William Fitzgerald 2016-10-12 21:43:04 UTC
You need to setup your email. I have attached screenshots for you.

Go in configuration.
In Server control, set Notifier ON

In Outgoing SMTP E-mail Server,

Host => smtp.redhat.com
Domain => redhat.com

test E-mail Address => Use your email

*** You will need to re-cycle your appliance after you make the changes.

Let me know if you need any more help.
