This is a bug with tripleoclient 5.2.0 . It has been fixed in commit https://github.com/openstack/python-tripleoclient/commit/34590cc25b28581d964c68e459bd3a01b2cce4ec. Package http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-newton/python-tripleoclient-5.2.1-0.1.34590ccgit.el7.noarch.rpm include the fix.
Changing this to post and the component with the fix, please update if that's not correct and thanks for adding the fix info.
