Description of problem:
After applying policy to fix bug #1382955 there is a silent dontallow that is still preventing access to cyrus' lmtp socket by it's deliver from spamc.

selinux-policy-3.13.1-60.el7_2.9.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
Same as bug #1382955

Actual results:
AVC prevents spamc from using deliver to deliver the mail:
type=AVC msg=audit(1475951361.959:53480): avc:  denied  { search } for  pid=646 comm="deliver" name="imap" dev="dm-7" ino=181 scontext=system_u:system_r:spamc_t:s0 tcontext=system_u:object_r:cyrus_var_lib_t:s0 tclass=dir

Expected results:
spamc should be able to use deliver to deliver the mail to Cyrus IMAPd
