Description of problem:
Networking tab is displayed in Cockpit, but there is no update about "Network manager and vdsm", so should continue to hide Networking tab in Cockpit.

2.Login Cockpit
3.Focus on Networking tab
Actual results:
1. After step3, Networking tab is displayed in Cockpit
Expected results:
1. After step3, should continue to hide Networking tab in Cockpit
Additional info:
There is no update about display Networking tab in Cockpit, so QE think this is a bug.
If need to open Networking tab, update in smoke test report is better.

So this bug is fixed in redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20161027.1, change the status to VERIFIED.
