Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Network->loadbalancers summary page 
2.download pdf
3.

Actual results:
summary page contains ManageiQ in the type field and also downloaded pdf file contains ManageIQ string. see attached screenshot.

Expected results:
No ManageIQ string.
