Description of problem:When clicking on 'Administrator' Menu and 'Help' successively, 'Administrator' menu is overlapping on 'Help' menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to Self Service UI
2.Click on 'Administrator' menu
3.Click on 'Help' menu successively 

Actual results:'Administrator' menu is overlapping on 'Help' menu


Expected results:Menu's should not be overlapped.

'Administrator' menu is not overlapping on 'Help' menu in SSUI.
