Description of problem:

During hosted engine install (or upgrade from 3.6), the installer mentions running within 'screen' (in case network is lost, etc).  However screen is not included in the rhv-h image, nor is it in the rhel-7-server-rhvh-4-rpms channel.  To install this, the customer needs to manually copy it over and yum install (will be lost when image is next upgraded)
