We're trying to debug why and where, but we're not receiving UMB messages from bugzilla in Fedora for the last few days. Maybe someone else can provide more info here, but we think that nothing is making it to the bugzilla_to_esb queue, which would suggest bugzilla's internal queueing is hung.
Hi Ralph, you are probably better off sending this kind of question to bugzilla-requests, we don't actually have much visibility in to the production environment. I can't see anything suspicious in the bits of the logs I can see, but I'll ask one of the Ops team to poke around when they get in this morning.
