Cause: A missing code definition... Consequence: The two automatic power management fields were missing from the power saving cluster policy parameter list. Fix: Definition added. Result: The parameters can be now configured.

Miss "EnableAutomaticHostPowerManagement" and "HostsInReserve" parameters under power_saving scheduling policy.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change cluster policy to power_saving
2. Try to add additional parameters
3.

Actual results:
Policy does not have "EnableAutomaticHostPowerManagement" and "HostsInReserve" parameters

Expected results:
Policy must have "EnableAutomaticHostPowerManagement" and "HostsInReserve" parameters
