As a user of OpenShift I want to use integrated Jenkins and pipelines on the latest Jenkins LTS 2.0 release. mercurial should not matter, but we do want the openshift-sync plugin to be updated.
There is a card to track jenkins v2 image feature (https://trello.com/c/IZK2WWln/1001-5-move-jenkins-image-to-jenkins-v2), target is ose3.4, should we change version to 3.4.0?

This initial jenkins-2 image release needs to be released with 3.3 in order for the trello ticket to be finished for 3.4. It's a bit of a chicken and egg problem, described in this issue/pull request. https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/11360 In summary, the version needs to stay as 3.3.1, or 3.3.x.
Verified openshift v3.3.1.2 kubernetes v1.3.0+52492b4 etcd 2.3.0+git BZ1386455 is not a specific problem with the v2 image,it's a bug in the sync plugin which is common to jenkins v1 and v2.
