The latest nightly RHEL6.9 composes include subscription-manager-1.18.3-1.el6 (the latest version)

Errata provides latest subscription-manager build subscription-manager-1.18.3-1.el6

Also Errata provides latest python-rhsm build python-rhsm-1.18.4-1.el6 so moving bug to verified
