Description of problem:Since appliance_console_cli has now become a supported feature we require parity between appliance_console ui and the cli where it makes sense.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.7.0.5


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.ssh to appliance
2.run appliance_console_cli
3.see current options

Actual results:
missing options include:
set DHCP Network Configuration
Set Static Network Configuration
Test Network Configuration
Set Timezone
Set Date and Time
Restore db Backup local/nfs/smb
Configure Database Replication
Configure Database Maintenance
Configure Application Database Failover Monitor
Extend Temporary Storage
Harden Appliance Using SCAP Configuration



Expected results: All above options visible and usable
