Description of problem: User Story Epic
As a Cloud Administrator I would like to be able to chose commonly used configurations for components (e.g. storage & network) and update the currently loaded deployment plan with my choices so that I can conveniently deploy common production patterns for components without having to manually enter all the configurations

Tests: Choose a different network configuration pattern from one currently loaded in the deployment plan, all the configuration parameters for the new configuration pattern (e.g. non-isolated n/ws to isolated n/ws) should be correctly filled in, validated and the plan should deploy the overcloud as expected.
