Vulnerability in the MySQL Server component of Oracle MySQL (subcomponent: Server: InnoDB Plugin). Supported versions that are affected are 5.6.30 and earlier and 5.7.12 and earlier. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise MySQL Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of MySQL Server accessible data.

This issue is listed to be fixed in MySQL 5.6.31.  The rh-mysql56-mysql packages in Red Hat Software Collections were previously updated to fixed upstream version via RHSA-2016:1601:
