Description of problem:

backport --reproducible

Steps to Reproduce:

"dracut --help"

Actual results:

the ouput has not "--reproducible"

Expected results:

"dracut --help" shows --reproducible

Additional info:

This change is needed to generate reproducible initramfs files, so that the delta of two OSTree commits is smaller.

This change requires the same functionality to be backported for GNU cpio, related bug here:

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
