Description of problem: Within the same namespace, if you delete a pod and create a new one with the same name, the old pod's metrics will be displayed as part of the new pod's metrics timeline. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.3 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a pod named "test" and allow it to run for 20 minutes 2. Delete the pod 3. Create a new pod named "test" 4. View the pod "metrics" tab in the web console Actual results: You see the metrics from the old pod included in the timeline. Expected results: The metrics would be limited to the new pod. Additional info: This also occurs for deployment configs of the same name. In this case, the old metrics data is included in the metrics of the new on the "Overview" page.

This has been merged into ose and is in OSE v3.4.0.16 or newer.
Tested on OCP 3.4.0.16, Metrics deploying failed due to bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1388833, will continue to verify the after metrics works.
Checked on OCP v3.4.0.18, metrics is deployed. Create a pod, after some time, view the metrics of the pod, then delete the pod, create a new pod with the same name, view the metrics of the new pod, the metrics charts are new for the pod, not using the old pod's metrics. The bug is fixed, so move it to Verified.
